About the event

Want to hear more about the Two Moors Pine Marten Project and the recovery of pine martens in the southwest. 

Our field officer, Ali, will talk about the ecology of this elusive woodland species, the recent reintroductions to Dartmoor and Exmoor and the importance of pine martens to our woodland ecosystems.

No need to book, just turn up on the day. Event is free of charge, donations are welcome. Seats can be booked in advance, email here.

The Two Moors Pine Marten Project aims to restore healthy populations of pine martens to the South West of England and is made possible with support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and with thanks to the National Lottery players.

The project is led by Devon Wildlife Trust and is a partnership between Dartmoor National Park Authority, Exmoor National Park Authority, Forestry England, National Trust, Somerset Wildlife Trust and Woodland Trust.
