About the event
There will be a short local group AGM meeting prior to the talk that starts at 7pm. The talk will commense from 7.30pm.
Zoe is a field ornithologist with the Roy Dennis Wildlife Foundation. She joined in 2021 with over a decade’s experience working in raptor conservation in the UK and internationally
Prior to being reintroduced the White-Tailed Eagle had been absent as a resident breeding bird in England for over 240 years. A five-year reintroduction project began in 2019 to translocate and release White-tailed Eagles on the Isle of Wight. This talk will describe events to date and how things are going with the project .
The talk includes the opportunity for questions and discussion. There is a break for refreshments. Doors open at 7pm.
We ask for an entry donation of £3 to cover costs of the event with any surplus being used for North Devon based conservation activities.
