Tai Chi Outdoors

Location: Mincinglake Valley Park, Near Sylvania hut, Exeter, EX4 7DR
Join Tai Chi instructor, Angus Clark for outdoor sessions in nature.
These sessions are designed to suit the ability of someone taking their first footsteps into activity and would like to take part in gentle, sociable, guided exercise in nature. Even though the sessions are designed for people taking their first steps in tai chi, more experienced people are also welcome.

About the event

These sessions follow on from the hugely successful Connecting Actively to Nature Tai Chi sessions led by Angus Clark in partnership with Devon Wildlife Trust. Angus is leading further sessions independently to follow on from this project.

Tai chi sessions will last around 45 minutes - 1 hour. Sessions cost £5 or a donation.

You do not need to attend all sessions, come to one and try it out!
