First sign of spring
Snowdrops signal good things to come...
Perhaps the first sign that spring is just around the corner, the snowdrop pokes its way through the frosted soil of woodlands, churchyards and gardens. Tread carefully and look for the famous nodding, white flowers, whose Latin name translates as ‘milk flower of the snow'.
Take time to enjoy the splash of colour in your surroundings, be it delicate snowdrops, fabulous fungi or territorial robins!
