Name the calf competition

Added: 29th June 2010

Devon Wildlife Trust is offering two lucky winners the chance to name two rare breed White Park cattle calves.

There are 2 calves:

a female which was born to one of our White Park cattle earlier this year.

a male orphan calf that was placed with another of our cattle after she lost her own calf this winter.

The winner will have the opportunity for them and a friend to meet with their calf to have their photo taken, and learn about Devon Wildlife Trust's Working Wetlands project.  The winner will also receive a year's free membership of the Devon Wildlife Trust.

To enter you need to devise a name for one or both of the calves and send/e-mail it in to us. Further information on the jobs these cows do for us can be found here .

Send your suggested name on a postcard to Devon Wildlife Trust, Cricklepit Mill, Commercial Road, Exeter EX2 4AB,  together with your contact details, or send an email with your entry to contactus@devonwildlifetrust.org . Please tell us whether or not you are a DWT member.
