Swanpool Marsh

Swanpool Marsh nature reserve is situated in the heart of the North Devon Biosphere Reserve.  The reserve is a small area of coastal grassland and marsh, once common in the immediate area. It is close to sea level and poorly drained with the water table at or close to the surface for most of the year.  There is a wealth of wildflowers and insects to see at Swanpool Marsh.
