Protecting a special place

Wembury is a special place that thousands of people visit each year to enjoy and appreciate the natural coastal environment.  Devon Wildlife Trust works with visitors, local schools, the general public and the wider Wembury community to raise awareness of marine conservation issues and to encourage others to take action to protect our seas.

Wembury Marine Centre is the ideal place to learn about the surrounding area and its wildlife through interactive and informative displays, regular Rockpool & Snorkel Safaris and other marine themed events. Open seasonally from Easter to the end of September each year we look forward to seeing you soon

Our nature reserves are open to the public all year round. There are wild walks that you can explore and if you are exploring with children check out our spotter sheets so that they can learn about nature and have fun at the same time.
