Administrator – Venue and Events Co-Ordinator - South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (SWWFL)

Salary: Salary: £16,646 per annum FTE (Pro-rata for part-time)

Location: Office-based at Cricklepit Mill, The Quay, Exeter

Do you have experience as an administrative co-ordinator, with excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner? Would you like to work as part of a friendly team that helps local Wildlife Trusts recruit new members? South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (SWWFL) is looking for a highly organised, self-motivated and resourceful person to source and book good quality venues/events for our Membership Recruiters to attend to enable them to promote the work of the Trusts.

If you have co-ordinator (or similar) experience in a sales or customer service/customer-facing environment, considerable experience of telephone work and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes and databases/CRMs, this rewarding role could be for you.

We are looking for a person to fill this full-time post, or 2 x individuals for a minimum of 15 hours per week, flexible hours considered, which will be based at Cricklepit Mill (Devon Wildlife Trust’s head office) in Exeter.
